Committee for Citizen Involvement

1. To provide for widespread citizen involvement.
    
2. To ensure effective two-way communication with citizens.
    
3. To provide the opportunity for citizens to be involved in all phases of the planning process.
    
4. To assure that technical information is available in an understandable form.
    
5. To assure that citizens get responses from policy makers.
    
6. To identify what advisory committees are needed if the scope of a project is beyond the technical ability of the CCI; or if not, to provide input and feedback on specific projects as the City Council might deem necessary from time to time.
    
7. To provide input and feedback about the quality of city services as the City Council might deem necessary from time to time.
