Payment Information

Enroll in either the City of Sisters Online or
Automatic Drafting options below to simplify your life and reduce waste!
Pay Online:
Go to www.online-billpay.com to register a new account to pay your water and sewer bill with the City of Sisters online. Online-BillPay is an easy and secure web site that allows customers to view their statements online, make payments, keep track of payments made in the last 6 months, sign up for paperless billing, and view inserts in PDF format. See a sample invoice.
Automatic Payment:
Bank Drafting: Let us make paying your utility bill more convenient. The City offers you the ability to have your utility bill automatically deducted from your checking or savings accounts. Bank draft is a free automatic payment that makes paying your utility bill easier than ever. Bank Drafts will be processed on the specified due date.
Credit Card Drafting:
Complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization form to have your utility bill automatically charged to your VISA or MasterCard each month. This plan is designed for customers that choose to have their utility bill paid by credit card on a regular monthly basis. The credit card transaction will take place at no cost to you on the specified due date printed on your utility invoice.
Pay by Mail:
Return your payment with your remittance slip to: City of Sisters, PO Box 39, Sisters, Oregon 97759
Pay in Person:
Payments can be made at the Utility Billing Counter located at 520 E. Cascade Ave. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays.
Drop Box:
A drop box is available 24 hours a day for check or money order payments and is located at City Hall to the right of the main doors. The box is labeled “Utility Payments”. For your own protection, cash payments should not be placed in the drop box.
If you have received a late notice and still need an additional payment extension, please contact our office to make payment arrangements. Payment arrangements must be made in person, and can only be extended up to one week.
If your payment is past due, please come into City Hall or place it in the drop box to avoid a disruption of service. All payments received prior to 5pm are processed daily.
