| WATER RATES |

At the November 10th regular meeting, the Sisters City Council took public comment and adopted Resolution No. 2011-18 making permanent the temporary water rate increase that Council approved in May 2011 and increasing the water usage overage rate. These changes take effect January 1, 2012.
BASE RATE:
Your base rate for water per month is determined by the size of your meter. Most residential homes have a ¾” service and are currently charged a base rate of $20.59 per month. The base rate charge is for the first 1,000 cubic feet (cu.ft.) of water usage. |

| Qualified Low Income Customers pay 75% of sewer rates |

OVERAGE RATE:
If your water usage goes above the base rate of 1,000 cu.ft., customers will be charged an additional fee of $ 1.00 per 100 cu.ft. over the base of 1,000 cu.ft.. |

If you are a residential customer with a monthly consumption of 1,900 cu.ft., the following is a sample calculation of your bill.
