The Baker Building on Cascade - Site Plan Review

On February 1, 2024, the City of Sisters Community Development Department received a land use application for a Type II Site Plan Review of a new 3-story mixed-use building at 130 E. Cascade Avenue.
On March 1, 2024, the application was deemed incomplete and staff has requested additional information be provided prior to proceeding with application review.
